Attorney Slobodan Momčilović was born on 21 July 1969 in Belgrade, where he graduated from the Faculty of Law in 1994. He was entered in the Directory of Attorneys of the Belgrade Bar Association on 3 December 1996.

He specialized in commercial and corporate law and civil law. Throughout his long career, he has successfully represented numerous domestic and foreign companies, as well as minority shareholders in several disputes.

He represents prominent companies operating in various sectors of the economy: TANNERA TECHNOLOGIES DOO, SWEET HOUSE EXCLUSIVE DOO, BELIM, NS BOMI DOO, SELEX ENTERPRISE DOO and the BEOVUK 72 BELGRADE BASKETBALL CLUB.

He began his legal career at the First Belgrade Attorneys’ Working Association in Belgrade, and during his traineeship his principal was attorney Borivoje Simonović. He worked at the First Belgrade Attorneys’ Working Association until 2002, when he opened his own law office. During that period, he spent seven years performing legal work for several real estate agencies.

Attorney Nikoleta Vučenović graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law with a qualification that, under current legislation, is equivalent to a master’s degree, and also completed specialist training in international commercial contracts.

During her professional career, she worked as an attorney-consultant on projects for the World Bank, EBRD, SIDA and KOICA, in cooperation with domestic and foreign partners. She was also one of seven members of the consulting group that reformed the business entity registration system and created the Serbian Business Registers Agency.

After the Serbian Business Registers Agency became recognized as one of Serbia’s most successful reforms, including through the results of the World Bank’s Doing Business report, Attorney Nikoleta Vučenović returned to her first and only professional passion – legal practice.

She began her legal career at the renowned Belić Law Office, founded between the two World Wars, where she received specialized training in representing business entities from throughout the former SFRY and abroad.

Although she has broad knowledge of all areas of civil law, she focuses particularly on contractual relations and on analyzing and drafting all types of contracts, from the simplest to highly complex construction and commercial contracts for domestic and foreign clients.

Another major area of her specialized expertise is case analysis, the preparation of complex legal opinions, and structuring projects or matters so that clients know in advance every step they need to take.

Attorney Andrej Stevanović was born in Belgrade in 1999. He joined the Office during his fourth year of studies. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 2022 and was entered in the Directory of Attorneys on 25 June 2026.

During his studies, he was a scholarship recipient of the Ministry of Education and completed an internship at the National Bank of Serbia in the Payment System Department. In recognition of his academic achievements, he received a commendation from the Faculty of Law.

In line with the Office’s areas of practice, he works in commercial, labor and civil law. He is actively involved in representing TANNERA TECHNOLOGIES, NS BOMI, SWEET HOUSE EXCLUSIVE and KK BEOVUK 72.

Trainee attorney Milica Živković was born on 25 December 1998 in Belgrade. She joined the Office while studying in 2022. She graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law on 15 August 2025 and began working as a trainee attorney in September 2025. In line with the Office’s areas of practice, she works in commercial, labor and civil law. She is actively involved in representing NS BOMI, BELIM, SELEX ENTERPRISE and SWEET HOUSE EXCLUSIVE.
